Verified or absent.
When an answer refers to a section of an Act, the section text is shown verbatim from the official India Code print — never generated. Each section carries one of three labels, and the label is the honest state of that section:

- Text verified — a person compared the stored text word-for-word with the official print. Shown as a plain header with the "as amended up to" date of the print.
- Verification pending — the text is from the official print but the word-for-word check has not been done yet. Shown with a warning badge and a line asking you to confirm against the official copy before filing.
- As-on date not established — the official print does not state which amendment it is current to. Shown with a double warning regardless of text verification.
Corpus today: 2,300 sections across seven Acts; 39 text-verified word-for-word; the rest shown with the pending badge.
What this is not. A "text verified" label says the words match the print. It does not say the section applies to your case, and it does not say no later amendment exists. Application is for your advocate.
No case-law citations. The product does not cite judgments. A verification desk for judgments is not yet live, and an unverified citation is worse than none. Any judgment named in your own uploaded documents is your document's content.
